PINSELL TOV ("Pinsell", "we") provides legal services. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On the Bar and Advocacy" and the GDPR.

2. Client matters
Information about your matter, including data about other parties, is confidential and processed only to provide legal services. Legal professional privilege applies where provided by law.
3. Identification
We identify clients as required by financial monitoring legislation.
4. Retention
Files are kept for 5 years after the matter ends unless law requires longer.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention and professional secrecy), restrict or object to processing and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
